When you edit a dashboard you will see the following settings, mostly around availability:

| Name | The name of the dashboard. | - |
| Locked | Tick to prevent users from customising this dashboard themselves. | - |
| Display order | Set the dashboard’s position in the list, with lower numbers appearing first in the list. The list starts at 0, which represents the top position. | Available from Totara 19.1 Leaving this field blank will add the dashboard to the bottom of the list of dashboards. |
| Allow guest access | Tick to allow those accessing the site as a guest (non-logged in user) to see this dashboard. | - |
| Availability | The options are:

| Assigned audiences | If you set Availability to Available only to the following audiences you can then use the Assign new audiences button to choose the desired audiences. | - |
