If you no longer want or need a number of user accounts, then you can delete multiple users at once via a bulk action. Before you bulk delete users, you may wish to set up a purge type, to ensure that data associated with the accounts is removed in accordance with your policies or local data laws.
- Go to Quick-access menu > Users > Bulk user actions.
- Select the users you wish to delete (you may need to filter if you have a large number of users on your site).
- Click Add to selection.
- Select Delete from the With selected users dropdown.
- Click Go.
- Click Delete on the confirmation screen.
- Click Continue.
You can select multiple users at once using the CTRL (or CMD) key on your keyboard.
Users can be filtered according to full name, surname, first name, email address, city/town, country, confirmed, first access, last access, last login, username, and authentication.
If you have set a custom profile field, this will also be available from the Profile dropdown box.
