# Duplicate an audience

If you have already set up set or dynamic [audiences](/19/docs/what-is-an-audience), you can duplicate an audience to create another audience with similar settings or rule sets. You can then edit the new audience as required.

To duplicate an audience, follow these steps:

1. Go to *Quick-access menu > Audiences*.
2. Click the icon of two pieces of paper (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/clone_icon(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T07%3A15%3A21Z&se=2026-11-06T08%3A15%3A21Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1sPxE4v%2ForU8QZRM3J4Ub6eM9LPwugKh1QBp%2BECDF%2Bg%3D)) next to the audience you want to duplicate.
3. Click **Yes** on the confirmation screen.

When duplicating an audience, note that the audience's enrolled learning, learning plans, goals and assigned roles will not be copied to the new audience.
