Enable approval workflows

To enable approval workflows, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Quick-access menu > Development > Experimental > Experimental settings.
- Check the Enable Approval Workflows setting.
- Click Save changes.
We also recommend adding some items to the main menu and quick-access menu to make navigation easier.
Firstly, add approval workflows to the top menu:
- Navigate to Quick-access menu > Navigation > Main menu.
- Click Approval.
- Change the Parent item to Top.
- Click Save changes.
To make navigation easier for users with the ability to create approval workflow forms, add the approval workflows items to the quick-access menu:
- Navigate to Quick-access menu > Menu settings.
- Click Add a new group.
- Click the pencil icon () on the new group, rename it to 'Approval workflows', then press enter.
- Click Add menu item…, then expand the Approval workflows section.
- Add Manage workflow types, then repeat for Manage approval forms and Manage approval workflows.
