You can configure the catalogue to show different types of content from your site by following these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Courses and categories > Configure catalogue (/totara/catalog/config.php).
- On the Contents tab, select the content types you wish to include in the catalogue from the following:
- Courses
- Resources
- Certifications
- Playlists
- Programs
- Workspaces
- Click Save.
Users will now be able to search and browse the catalogue for all enabled content types. When users search for user-generated content and workspaces, the search will prioritise titles and descriptions, followed by tags.
Note that only resources and playlists set to Public will be displayed in the catalogue. Both Public and Private workspaces will be displayed in the catalogue.
