Si deseas que los usuarios puedan enviar mensajes instantáneos entre sí en tu sitio, primero tendrás que habilitar esta función.
- Ir al menú de acceso rápido > Configurar características Configuración de servicios > compartidos.
- Marca Habilitar sistema de mensajería.
- Haz clic en Guardar cambios (deberás desplazarte hasta la parte inferior de la pantalla).
