# Manage a user tour

Once you have set up at least one user tour, you will be able to manage your existing user tours by going to *Quick-access menu > Development > Experimental > User tours.*

On this page you can edit the name and description of a tour by clicking the pencil icon (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/edit.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D)) next to it.

You can use the eye icon (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/eye_open.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D) /![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/eye_close.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D)) in the **Enabled** column to enable and disable the user tour. The open eye icon (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/eye_open.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D) ) means the tour is currently enabled, and clicking it will disable the tour. The crossed-out eye icon (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/eye_close.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D) ) means the tour is disabled, and clicking it will enable the tour.

In the **Actions** column you can do the following for each user tour:

- View the tour (eye icon ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/eye_open.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D))
- Edit the settings (cog icon ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/cog.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D))
- Export the tour (down arrow icon![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/download(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D))
- Delete the tour (cross icon ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/thin_cross.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T17%3A02%3A29Z&se=2026-11-01T18%3A02%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=wFYsNLXS4XWXe1hT8k5hWRxrBj9Lo4iJ6uBo%2Br0UR1s%3D))
