# Rearrange competency frameworks

The order in which your [competency frameworks](/19/docs/create-a-competency-framework) appear can be changed. By default, competency frameworks are listed in order of creation (with the most recent at the top).

To rearrange your frameworks, follow these steps:

1. Go to *Quick-access menu > Competencies.*
2. Find the competency framework you wish to move.
3. In the **Actions** column click the up or down arrow icon (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/rearrange-competency-framworks-image-egu0mc8x.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T01%3A41%3A14Z&se=2026-11-02T02%3A41%3A14Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TZWpFSaizS2n5%2Fmxn1YapSm2LhHUk%2BWKfLF3C1C8PWo%3D) / ![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/rearrange-competency-framworks-image-94s3c7r2.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T01%3A41%3A14Z&se=2026-11-02T02%3A41%3A14Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=TZWpFSaizS2n5%2Fmxn1YapSm2LhHUk%2BWKfLF3C1C8PWo%3D)) depending on where you want the framework to sit in the list.
