Reset course completions

Resetting course completions (formerly known as archiving) allows learners to restart a course from scratch if required.
Users with the totara/core:archiveenrolledcourseprogress capability can reset course completions for all users who have previously completed the course by following these steps:
- Go to Course administration > Reset completions.
- Once you have clicked Reset completions you will be asked to confirm if you wish to proceed and alerted as to how many users will be affected by this change (e.g. how many users will have their course completion records reset).
- Click Continue.
Users with the totara/core:archivemycourseprogress capability can reset their own course completion records by following these steps:
- Go to Course administration > Reset completions.
- Once you have clicked Reset completions you will be asked to confirm if you wish to proceed.
- Click Continue.
Users with the totara/core:archiveusercourseprogress capability can reset individual users' course completions by following these steps:
- Go to Course administration > Reports > Course completions.
- Find the user whose completions you would like to reset.
- In the Actions column, select the reset icon (Reset course completion for <user name>).
- Once you have clicked Reset completions you will be asked to confirm if you wish to proceed.
- Click Continue.
