# Seminar room settings

When creating rooms for [seminars](/19/docs/what-are-seminars) you can configure the following settings.

| **Setting** | **Description** | **Notes** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Name | Enter a descriptive name for the room. | - |
| Capacity | Provide the maximum number of attendee bookings this room can allow. | - |
| Allow room booking conflicts | Checking this option will allow room scheduling conflicts to exist and multiple events to occupy the same space at the same time. | - |
| Description | Provide a description of the room and any relevant information relating to the training space. | - |
| Add virtual room link | Select a [virtual room provider](/19/docs/configure-virtual-room-providers) from the dropdown list, or select **Custom virtual room link** if you want to use your own URL. | When a virtual room link is provided then a **Join now** button will allow attendees to join the virtual room up to 15 minutes before the start of a session. The **Join now** button will be displayed on the **Event details** tab, the **All events** view, the course page, and the Learner-facing **Event page**. Note that you can also create virtual rooms using virtual room providers on an ad-hoc basis. |
| Virtual room link | If you select **Custom virtual room link** for the **Add virtual room link** field then you can add your room's URL here. | - |
