You can configure your notification preferences by following these steps: 1. Go to *User menu* (your name in the top-right corner) > *Preferences > Notification preferences*. 2. Expand the features containing the notification trigger events for which you want to change your preferences. 3. Click the **Enabled** toggle to set whether each trigger event is enabled (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1674656609578.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T06%3A55%3A27Z&se=2026-11-06T07%3A55%3A27Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Lfp%2BvjbjYF%2FXCyNbRTTJowqpZ%2BWmckItjBF55zYnmmw%3D)) or disabled (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1674656677776.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T06%3A55%3A27Z&se=2026-11-06T07%3A55%3A27Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Lfp%2BvjbjYF%2FXCyNbRTTJowqpZ%2BWmckItjBF55zYnmmw%3D)). Disable any notifications you do not wish to receive. 4. For each notification you can change the channels that will be used to deliver the notification by overriding the default delivery channels. Click the icon of three dots (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1638888667595.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T06%3A55%3A27Z&se=2026-11-06T07%3A55%3A27Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Lfp%2BvjbjYF%2FXCyNbRTTJowqpZ%2BWmckItjBF55zYnmmw%3D)) next to a notification, then select **Edit delivery channels**. 5. Tick the **Override** checkbox. 6. Tick the checkboxes for the delivery channels you want to use to receive notifications related to the specific event. 7. Click **Save**. Note that some notifications may be delivered by some channels even if you have disabled them in your preferences, as an administrator may have set forced delivery in the [notification settings](/19/docs/notification-settings).
