The Totara goals page is a centralised hub that allows users to view and manage all of their goals in one place. You can view your own Goals page by going to Develop > Goals (/admin/settings.php?section=optionalsubsystems), or as a manager you can access this page for one of your team members by selecting Team in the main menu, then clicking Goals under the user's name. From this page you can create, edit and delete Totara goals.
Totara goals appear on this page as cards, with each card displaying the goal's name, due date, progress, status, and how many comments have been left on the goal.
You can use the search bar to quickly find specific goals or look for existing goals for a specific topic.
You can sort your goals by:
- Creation date (default)
- Due date
- Most progress
- Least progress
You can also apply one or more of the following status filters to your goals:
- Not started
- In progress
- Completed
- Cancelled
You can remove any applied filters or entered search queries by clicking Reset all.
