Recommendations are personalised content suggestions designed to help you discover learning materials that are most relevant, useful, or interesting to you. Recommendations are grouped into AI-powered suggestions and smart, curated learning, which can be displayed using various content blocks.
AI-powered recommendations
Interaction data, user details and content meta-data are fed into the recommendation engine to generate recommendations. The Recommended for you block includes content types that are personalised and recommended for the user i.e. Courses (default), Micro-learning, Workspaces, Programs and Certifications (that have self-enrolment enabled).
Smart, curated learning
Recommendations are generated using both your individual interactions and patterns from the collective behaviour of all users. These are the Recently viewed block, Trending block, and related content for resources and playlists.
You can add the Recommended for you block, Trending block and Recently viewed block to various dashboards, user profile, and the Explore catalogue.
