# Workspace notification placeholders

Below is a table showing the specific [notification placeholders](/19/docs/notification-placeholders) for workspaces.

| **Placeholder title** | **Placeholder syntax** | **Placeholder meaning** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Recipient placeholders | [recipient:____] e.g. [recipient:first_name] | The profile information of the notification recipient. All of the profile fields available as recipient placeholders (see [Notification placeholders](/19/docs/notification-placeholders)) are available. |
| Subject placeholders | [subject:____] e.g. [subject:first_name] | The profile information of the subject of the notification. All of the profile fields available as recipient placeholders (see [Notification placeholders](/19/docs/notification-placeholders)) are available. |
| Workspace Full name | [workspace:full_name] | The name of the relevant workspace. |
| Workspace name with link | [workspace:full_name_link] | The name of the relevant workspace with a link to the workspace. |
| Membership Join date | [enrolment:join_date] | The date the user was added to the workspace. |
| Workspace role Full name | [role:full_name] | The name of the workspace role assigned to the user (e.g. Workspace Owner). |
