Assign the Course Creator role

You may want to add a number of Course Creators to help create learning content for your site.
To add a new Course Creator you will need to log in as either a Customer Admin or a Site Manager, then follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Courses and categories.
- Select the category to which you want to add a Course Creator.
- Click Assign roles in the Administration block on the left.
- Choose the Course creator role.
- Browse or search for the user in the Potential users column.
- Select their name(s).
- Click Add.
The user will then appear in the list of Existing users and will no longer be available in the search list.
