# Assign a company goal to yourself

You can assign either [company goals](/totara-20/docs/create-company-goals-1) to yourself by following these steps:

1. Go to *Develop* *> Goals*.
2. Click **Add company goal**.
3. Select the framework from which you wish to assign goals.
4. Select the goals you wish to assign.
5. Click **Save**.
