It is possible to assign a variety of editing permissions within the certification functionality. Any user with one or more of the following capabilities will see an Edit certification details button whenever they view a certification.
By clicking on this they will then see the Overview tab, followed by additional tabs based on their assigned capabilities:
block/totara_certifications:myaddinstance: Add a new Upcoming certifications block to the My Learning page
totara/certification:createcertification: Create a certification
totara/certification:configurecertification: Configure a certification
totara/certification:configuredetails: Configure certification details
totara/certification:deletecertification: Delete a certification
totara/certification:viewhiddencertifications: View hidden certifications
block/totara_certifications:addinstance: Add a new Upcoming certifications block
totara/program:editcompletion: Edit certification or program completion records
totara/program:cloneprogram: Clone certification or program
