Course notifications

Notifications can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to courses occur:

Notification trigger event	Description
Learner completed course	Notifications can be triggered once a user completes a course, or a period of time after.
Course due date	Notifications can be triggered before, on, or after the course's due date, as set in the course settings.
Learner enrolled in course	Notifications can be triggered as soon as a user is enrolled on a course as a Learner, or a period of time after.
Learner unenrolled from course	Notifications can be triggered as soon as a user is unenrolled from a course, or a period of time after.

A notification can be configured to be sent when the following event/trigger relating to course activities occurs:

Notification trigger event	Description
Learner completed activity	Notifications can be triggered once a user completes an activity, or a period of time after.

A notification can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to LinkedIn Learning occur:

Notification trigger event	Description
Failed to import all courses	Notifications can be triggered if all selected courses could not be imported to your site's catalogue.
Failed to import several courses	Notifications can be triggered if some of the selected courses could not be imported to your site's catalogue.
