# Duplicate a user report

If you wish to duplicate a [report](/totara-20/docs/what-are-reports) (i.e. create a new report with the same settings and columns as an existing report), follow these steps:

1. Go to *Quick-access menu > Reports > Manage user reports.*
2. Click the icon of two piece of paper (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/clone_icon(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T05%3A28%3A38Z&se=2026-11-06T06%3A28%3A38Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=YUI1W%2FVeVxtRRmPXaX2SkwRDe30c3VVtdo%2Fb5efBKyk%3D)) next to the report you wish to duplicate.
3. Click **Clone**.
