    Course and activity notification triggers

    Course notifications

    Notifications can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to courses occur:

    Notification trigger eventDescription
    Learner completed courseNotifications can be triggered once a user completes a course, or a period of time after.
    Course due dateNotifications can be triggered before, on, or after the course's due date, as set in the course settings.
    Learner enrolled in courseNotifications can be triggered as soon as a user is enrolled on a course as a Learner, or a period of time after.
    Learner unenrolled from courseNotifications can be triggered as soon as a user is unenrolled from a course, or a period of time after.

    Course activity notification

    A notification can be configured to be sent when the following event/trigger relating to course activities occurs:

    Learner completed activityNotifications can be triggered once a user completes an activity, or a period of time after.

    LinkedIn Learning notifications

    A notification can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to LinkedIn Learning occur:

    Notification trigger eventDescription
    Failed to import all coursesNotifications can be triggered if all selected courses could not be imported to your site's catalogue.
    Failed to import several coursesNotifications can be triggered if some of the selected courses could not be imported to your site's catalogue.
