When you edit a dashboard you will see the following settings, mostly around availability:

Setting	Description	Notes
Name	The name of the dashboard.	-
Locked	Tick to prevent users from customising this dashboard themselves.	-
Allow guest access	Tick to allow those accessing the site as a guest (non-logged in user) to see this dashboard.	-
Availability	The options are: Available to no users Available to all logged-in users Available only to the following audiences	-
Assigned audiences	If you set Availability to Available only to the following audiences you can then use the Assign new audiences button to choose the desired audiences.	-
