Move a competency

Within a competency framework you can reorder the competencies using the arrows, or you can move competencies between parent and child relationships. 

To move a competency you need to change the 'parent' by following these steps:

1. Go to Quick-access menu > Competencies.
2.  Select the framework containing the competency. 
3.  Click the cog icon () alongside the competency you wish to move.
4.  Use the Parent dropdown menu to select the new position (e.g. under another competency or Top to make the competency a parent).
5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.
