It is possible to view email addresses in the report builder, although the value Email is private may be displayed when viewing the User's Email column in a report.
To grant visibility of email addresses, you will need to ensure that visibility is enabled by following these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Users > Permissions > User policies.
- Check Email address for the Show user identity setting (this is normally enabled by default).
- Click the Save changes button.
