The page shows a table with three columns: - **Goal framework:** The name of the goal framework. Clicking on this will take you into the framework. - **Number of goals:** How many goals are in the framework. - **Reports:** A link to a more detailed report on that item. Within the reports column, there will either be a link to a **Summary report** or a **Status report**. By clicking the link for the summary report, you will be able to see more details on that particular framework. Inside the summary report, there will be a list of all goals in that framework along with information on how many times the goal has been assigned to users and the status of the assigned goals. You can apply filters to the report and export it as a CSV, Excel, ODS, or PDF. ![Example of goals summary report.](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1641909835662.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T13%3A46%3A17Z&se=2026-11-01T14%3A46%3A17Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1nFflwWGp%2B9jqZW3F6ioYPP%2BWgh6a%2F5bghBsnL1bgF8%3D) ## Status report The status report appears on the goal reports page alongside **All frameworks** and shows information on each goal in the system, including which users they are assigned to and what status they are in for each user. You can apply filters to the report and export it as a CSV, Excel, ODS, or PDF. ![Example of goal status report.](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1641909811905.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T13%3A46%3A17Z&se=2026-11-01T14%3A46%3A17Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1nFflwWGp%2B9jqZW3F6ioYPP%2BWgh6a%2F5bghBsnL1bgF8%3D) ## Goal status history You can access this report by going to **[yoursite]/totara/hierarchy/prefix/goal/statushistoryreport.php** (note that there is not a link for this report in the UI). The report shows when your users' company and personal goals were created and updated. Each row of the report shows the user, the name of the goal, the status of each goal, when the goal was modified, and who modified the goal. You can use the **Goal type** filter to see only company or personal goals. ![Example of the goal status history report.](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-1663669976446.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T13%3A46%3A17Z&se=2026-11-01T14%3A46%3A17Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1nFflwWGp%2B9jqZW3F6ioYPP%2BWgh6a%2F5bghBsnL1bgF8%3D) ![Course badge](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/course-badge_goals(1).svg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-01T13%3A46%3A17Z&se=2026-11-01T14%3A46%3A17Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=1nFflwWGp%2B9jqZW3F6ioYPP%2BWgh6a%2F5bghBsnL1bgF8%3D)The Totara Academy has a whole course dedicated to using [Goals](https://totara.community/course/view.php?id=710) in Totara Learn.
