# Configureer standaard berichtoutputs

Hoewel gebruikers hun eigen berichtvoorkeuren kunnen instellen, kun je de standaard berichtoutputs instellen en zelfs sommige opties vergrendelen om te voorkomen dat gebruikers deze wijzigen.

1. Ga naar *Snelmenu > Plugins > Berichtoutputs > Standaard berichtoutputs.*
2. Configureer de instellingen.
3. Klik op **Wijzigingen opslaan.**

Voor elk bericht kun je ervoor kiezen om het bericht in of uit te schakelen (via een selectievakje). Voor elke uitvoermethode (taakblok, web, Microsoft Teams en e-mail) kun je beslissen of berichten moeten worden ontvangen wanneer de gebruiker online en/of offline is. Je kunt ook beslissen of voor dat bericht de uitvoermethode moet zijn:

- **Niet toegestaan:** Deze uitvoermethode kan niet worden gebruikt voor dit bericht.
- **Toegestaan:** Deze uitvoermethode kan voor dit bericht worden gebruikt en door gebruikers worden geconfigureerd.
- **Geblokkeerd:** Deze uitvoermethode kan voor dit bericht worden gebruikt, maar is vergrendeld volgens de standaardinstellingen.
