Performance activity notification triggers

Notifications can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to performance activities occur.

Notification trigger event	Description
Completion of subject instance	Notifications can be triggered to send to various activity participants when a subject instance is completed.
Participant due date reminder	Notifications can be triggered a set amount of time before the due date, on the due date, or a period of time after the due date. For example, you might want to send a reminder to participants a week before the due date to ensure that they remember to complete their section.
Participant instance completion	Notifications can be sent once any of the activity participants completes their participant instance.
Participant instance created	Notifications can be triggered when a new participant instance is created for a user.
Reopened activity	Notifications can be triggered when a user reopens a closed performance activity.
Participant selection	Notifications can be triggered once a user is selected as a participant in a performance activity.
