Notifications can be configured to be sent when the following events/triggers relating to performance activities occur.
| Notification trigger event | Description |
|---|---|
| Completion of subject instance | Notifications can be triggered to send to various activity participants when a subject instance is completed. |
| Participant due date reminder | Notifications can be triggered a set amount of time before the due date, on the due date, or a period of time after the due date. For example, you might want to send a reminder to participants a week before the due date to ensure that they remember to complete their section. |
| Participant instance completion | Notifications can be sent once any of the activity participants completes their participant instance. |
| Participant instance created | Notifications can be triggered when a new participant instance is created for a user. |
| Reopened activity | Notifications can be triggered when a user reopens a closed performance activity. |
| Participant selection | Notifications can be triggered once a user is selected as a participant in a performance activity. |
