Print a performance activity

Your performance activities (including appraisals, check-ins and feedback) can all be printed. This allows you to either print a physical copy or save to a PDF document for storage outside of Totara.

1. Go to Develop > Activities (/mod/perform/activity/index.php). 
2. Find the activity you wish to print (you may need to use the tabs to switch lists). 
3. Click the down arrow () in front of the activity name.
4. Click Print activity. 
5. Check the preview. 
6. Click Print. 
7. Choose the print destination (a printer or PDF) and any other printing settings. 
8. Click Print. 

If you are printing to a PDF you will then have to select a storage location on your computer, give the PDF a name, and click Save.
