Publish a site policy

Once you have created a site policy and you are happy with it, you will need to publish the policy to make it available to users. 

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Security > Site policies > Manage policies
  2. Click the name of the policy you wish to publish. 
  3. Click the icon with a right-pointing arrow ().
  4. Click Publish on the confirmation screen. 

You will no longer be able to edit that version of the policy, but you can archive it if required. If you need to make changes to the site policy then you will need to create a new version of the policy.
