# Self-enrolment for learners

When selecting a program to view from the catalogue, and that program has self-enrolment enabled, learners viewing the program will see an **Enrol** button to self-enrol.

1. Learner selects the **Enrol** button located in the top-left corner of the page.
2. The learner will then see one of two options:
  1.   2. If the program has two or more self-enrolment groups, the pop-up will display the available groups, descriptions and due dates. The learner selects **Enrol** for the appropriate group. They will then see a message (as described in option a.) asking if they are sure they want to enrol in that program, and an **Enrol** button to enrol in the program as a member of that group.

## Learner withdrawing

1. Once learners have self-enrolled, they can view the group enrolment details by selecting the three dots (![](https://cdn.document360.io/a007399b-031e-436b-999a-528240e16f58/Images/Documentation/image-L4PL1TLT.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T14%3A01%3A14Z&se=2026-10-29T15%3A01%3A14Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=q2lFh%2BScN7MiAtu5Wafo2uhUugWUNfEFDzQ4bhEEKQY%3D)) in the top-right corner of the program page and selecting **Enrolment details.**
2. The learner can then select the **Withdraw** button.

3. 4. The learner can select **Withdraw** to withdraw from the program.

> [!NOTE]
> When a learner withdraws from a program, any progress or completion records from courses in the program won’t be affected.
