View assigned learners

There are a two ways you can view learners assigned to the certification.

All learners assigned to the certification

You can view all learners assigned to the certification by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Quick-access menu > Certifications (totara/program/manage.php).

2. Select the name of the category (or subcategory) in which the certification sits.

3. Select the corresponding cog icon () for the required certification, or select the certification name to open it, then click the three dots () in the top-right corner of the certification page and click Edit certification details.

4. Select the Assignments tab.

5. Click on View members under the Details column for a assigned group to view all learners assigned within the group.

Assigned learners in a path

You can also view learners that are currently assigned to a particular path within the certification by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Quick-access menu > Certifications (totara/program/manage.php).

2. Select the name of the category (or subcategory) in which the certification sits.

3. Select the corresponding cog icon () for the required certification, or select the certification name to open it, click the three dots () in the top-right corner of the certification page and click Edit certification details.

4. Select the Requirements tab.

5. Click the three dots () for the path and select View assigned learners.

This will then display the users currently assigned to that certification path, as well as the Actual due date for that particular path.
