# View team seminar bookings

Managers can view seminar bookings for their staff members via their **Team** page.

Follow these steps to review your team's bookings:

1. Go to *Develop >* *Team*.
2. Click the **Bookings** link next to a team member's name.
3. Select either the **Future bookings** or **Past bookings** tab.
4. Here you can see the following information:
  - **Course name**
  - **Event name**
  - **Session start date**
  - **Event start time**
  - **Event finish time**
  - The learner's **Status** (e.g. booked, attended, declined, etc.)
5. Optionally export this information as a CSV, Excel, ODS, or PDF file by clicking **Export**.
