As a Site Administrator, you will also need to tick the **Allow users to add a repository instance into the course** setting in the [site-wide configuration](/totara-20/docs/configure-site-wide-repository-settings) for WebDAV repositories. If you are not a Site Administrator then please talk to yours about enabling and configuring the repository. 1. Go to the course you wish to add a repository to. 2. In the **Administration** block, click **Repositories**. 3. Click **Create "WebDAV repository" instance**. 4. Configure the [settings](/totara-20/docs/webdav-repository-settings). 5. Click **Save**. ## Next steps - [WebDAV repository settings](/totara-20/docs/webdav-repository-settings) - [Configure an individual repository](/totara-20/docs/configure-an-individual-repository) - [Repository settings](/totara-20/docs/repository-settings) - [Add a WebDAV user repository](/totara-20/docs/add-a-webdav-user-repository) - [Enable repositories](/totara-20/docs/enable-repositories) - [Configure site-wide repository settings](/totara-20/docs/configure-site-wide-repository-settings) Join the [Totara Community](https://totara.community/) for more resources to help you get the most out of Totara. © Copyright 2025 Totara Learning Solutions.
