# Delete a survey

Follow these steps to delete a [survey](/totara-20/docs/totara-engage-content-types):

1. Select the survey from either the library or a workspace.
2. Click the icon of three dots (![](https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/5s9OlIO57CfZCRNiL79mhHwi0vIXX6Z9SF-7b5gwIFFajR92grLLeGuytLsANKqATMsZryPIYww3AE69RVSD_r2CKnUPjgR7XbC76MCyBATbLdXyQJ0m97k5PBvnVg-IMUyojfDx=s0)) on the information panel (you may need to first expand the panel).
3. Select **Delete**.
