After creating a performance activity and adding your content, you are ready to assign the performance activity to users.
To assign a performance activity to individual users, follow these steps:
- Go to Quick-access menu > Activity management.
- Click the activity to which you wish to assign users.
- Select the Assignments tab.
- From the Assign users dropdown menu, select Individual users.
- Browse, filter, or search for the user(s) you want to add.
- Select the user(s) using the tick box in front of their name.
- Click Add.
The activity is automatically saved after adding assignments.
You can freely add or remove users once the activity is Active (i.e. it has been activated).
A user can only be assigned once, i.e. if they appear in multiple assigned organisations, positions, or audiences, they are still only assigned to a performance activity once.
