    Edit a site policy


    Article Summary

    If you wish to make changes to a site policy then you will only be able to edit the latest, unpublished version. If the policy has previously been published, you will first need to create a new version. 

    1. Go to Quick-access menu > Security > Site policies > Manage policies
    2. Click the name of the policy you wish to edit. 
    3. Click the pencil icon () to edit the policy version.
    4. Make any desired changes. 
    5. Click Save

    You can also click the Continue editing new version button to make changes to settings. 

    Once you have saved your changes you can continue to edit the policy version until it is published.
