View cancelled seminar events

When a seminar event is cancelled you can still view information about the event, such as the assets, facilitators and location. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Create and edit a report using the Seminar sessions report source.
  2. Click on the Columns tab and add the following columns using the Add another column dropdown:
    • Session start date
    • Room name
    • Facilitator name
    • Asset name
    • Event status
  3. Click Save changes.
  4. Click on the Filters tab, then select the Event status filter from the Add another filter dropdown.
  5. Click Save changes, then view the report by clicking View next to the report title.
  6. For the Event status filter select is equal to and Event cancelled.
  7. You can now view the details for cancelled events. Any rooms, assets, and facilitators listed are now available to book for other events (unless they have been booked for another event).
You could use this report to track trends in terms of which events are cancelled, allowing you to plan future events appropriately.
