Manage seminar reservations

Where manager reservations have been enabled within a seminar activity and a manager has reserved a space for one of their staff members, a Site Administrator, Editing Trainer, or Trainer can delete these reservations via Manage reservations.

  1. Navigate to the course page or the events dashboard (via View all events).
  2. Next to an event, click Manage reservations in the Actions column.
  3. A list of all managers and the number of reserved spaces they have selected will be displayed. Under the Actions heading, click the cross icon () to remove all reservations made by the corresponding manager.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the reservations by clicking Continue. Note that this action cannot be undone once confirmed.
