    Report inappropriate content

    When you allow your users to contribute resources and engage in discussions, you may occasionally find that inappropriate content is added. When users find inappropriate resources or comments on your Totara Engage site, they can report the content to be reviewed by a Site Administrator.

    Reporting resources

    You can report inappropriate resources by following these steps:

    1. Find the resource you want to report.
    2. Select the icon of three dots ().
    3. Select Report inappropriate...
    4. A pop-up will notify you that the resource has been successfully reported.

    Reporting discussions

    You can report inappropriate workspace discussion posts by following these steps:

    1. Go to the workspace containing the inappropriate discussion.
    2. Go to the discussion tab and find the discussion post you want to report.
    3. Select the icon of three dots ().
    4. Select Report inappropriate...
    5. A pop-up will notify you that the discussion has been successfully reported.

    Reporting comments

    You can report comments that have been posted on resources, playlists or discussions by following these steps:

    1. Find the comment in the nested structure.
    2. Select the icon of three dots ().
    3. Select Report inappropriate...
    4. A pop-up will notify you that the comment has been successfully reported.
    If you have already reported a comment, discussion or resource you won't be able to report it a second time. If you try to report something you have already reported a notification will be displayed to indicate that the comment, discussion or resource can't be reported again.
