Ad hoc message settings

When creating an ad hoc message for a seminar activity you can configure the following settings.
Setting | Description | Notes |
---|---|---|
Recipients | You can decide who will receive the ad hoc message by selecting a group of users. Choose from:

Template | You can select which of the available templates you wish to use for the message. | - |
Title | This is the title of the message, i.e. what would appear in an email subject line or push notification. | - |
Body | This is the main content of the message. | - |
Manager copy | Tick this setting to send a copy of the ad hoc message to the recipient's manager. | - |
Manager copy prefix | If you have checked the Manager copy box then you can enter text that will only appear on the manager's copy (before the Body message). | - |
Status | Toggle between active and inactive. | - |
