Send an ad hoc message

Ad hoc messages are instant, one-time messages that you send out to a group of users associated with a seminar activity.
Follow these steps to send an ad hoc message:
- Go to the seminar activity for which you wish to send an ad hoc message.
- In the Seminar administration block, click Ad-hoc messages.
- Click Add ad-hoc message.
- Complete the settings and add the message content.
- Click Save.
The message will be sent instantly after you save it.
