Add a competency

Competencies (or competency items as they are sometimes called) are the individual competencies that sit within a competency framework.

To add a competency, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Competencies.
  2. Click on the name of the competency framework in which you would like to add a competency item.
  3. Click the Add new competency button.
  4. Configure the competency settings as required.
  5. Click Save changes.

Your new competency now appears in the selected competency framework.

You can also add competencies via bulk action or using HR import.
