Du kan schemalägga rapporter så att de körs automatiskt genom att följa dessa steg:
- Gå till sidan Rapporter från det övre navigeringsfältet.
- Bläddra ner till avsnittet Schemalagda rapporter.
- Välj rapporten från rullgardinsmenyn.
- Klicka på knappen Lägg till schemalagd rapport.
- Konfigurera inställningarna .
- Klicka på Spara ändringar.
När du schemalägger rapporter, observera att bilagans storlek är begränsad till 10MB på grund av begränsningar som är satta av externa e-posttjänster. Om din rapport överstiger denna storlek kommer e-postmeddelandet inte att skickas. Om så är fallet, överväg att förfina rapportens filter för att minska rapportens storlek.
