As a Site Administrator you can change the password of any user on your site.
To change a user's password, follow these steps:
Go to Quick-access menu > Users.
Click the padlock icon (
) alongside a user's name.On the Manage login page, scroll down to the Action section.
Select Change password.
Enter a new password.
Click Update.
If the user is locked out of the site then you will also see the option in the Action section to Generate password and notify user.
