Reactivate a suspended user

If a user account has been suspended, you may later wish to reactivate the account.

To reactivate a suspended account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Quick-access menu > Users

  2. Filter the User status by Suspended.

  3. Click the padlock icon ( closed_padlock(1)) next to the suspended user's name.

  4. On the Manage login page, scroll down to the Action section.

  5. Select Activate user account

  6. Click Update

The user's account will now be active.
