Check a user's notification logs

In some cases, you may need to check that a specific user is receiving the correct notifications, such as when a user reports missing notifications.

To check a user's notifications, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Quick-access menu > Users.
2. Either search or scroll down to find the user whose notifications you need to check. Click that user's name to view their profile.
3. In the Notifications block, click View notification logs.

You will then be able to view the Notification events report for the user, and access the reports for specific notifications as required. To find out more about each of these different reports, see Auditing notifications.
