Delete positions in bulk

Instead of deleting positions individually, you can delete multiple positions in a framework at once using a bulk action.

To bulk delete positions, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quick-access menu > Positions.
2. Click Manage positions.
3. Click the name of the position framework containing the position items you want to delete.
4. Select Delete from the Bulk actions dropdown menu.
5. Select the positions you wish to delete from the left-hand column, then click Add to add them to the right-hand column (select multiple items by holding down Ctrl or shift on the keyboard).
6. Click Delete selected positions.
7. Click Yes on the confirmation screen.

The selected position items are now deleted.
