Move positions in bulk

If you have multiple positions you would like to move from one parent item to another at once then you can do this using a bulk action.

To move positions in bulk, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quick-access menu > Positions.
2. Click Manage positions.
3. Click the name of the position framework containing the items you need to move.
4. Select Move from the Bulk actions dropdown menu.
5. Select the positions you wish to move from the left-hand column, then click Add to add them to the right-hand column (select multiple items by holding down Ctrl or Shift on the keyboard).
6. From the Move selected positions to dropdown menu, select the new Parent position for the selected positions.
7. Click Move.
8. Click Yes.

The selected position items are now moved.
