Once a program has been created it is still possible to make changes by editing the program, although be aware that if a program is live (this occurs when learners are assigned), any changes made will affect the assigned learners.
To edit one of your programs, follow these steps:
Go to Quick-access menu > Programs (totara/program/manage.php).
Select the name of the category (or subcategory) in which the program sits.
Select the cog icon (
) for the required program.Edit the program Details, Requirements, Assignments and Notifications as required.
Select Save changes on each page to save any edits or Cancel to discard the changes.
A program can also be deleted, moved up or down the program listing page, or hidden using the corresponding icons in the Edit column.
Programs can also be moved to another category within the category program listing. Click the check box under the Select column, and using the Move selected programs to… dropdown, select the category to move the program(s) to.
