Edit dashboard availability

As a Site Administrator you may wish to edit the availability of a dashboard, determining which users are able to access it.

To edit a dashboard's availability, follow these steps:

Go to Quick-access menu > Navigation > Dashboards to view all dashboards.
Click the cog icon ( ) next to the dashboard you wish to edit.
Configure the availability settings.
Click Save changes.

In order to edit dashboard blocks, users require the following capabilities:

Manage dashboard (totara/dashboard:manage) allows the user to manage the dashboard
Manage dashboard blocks (totara/dashboard:manageblocks) allows the user to manage blocks on dashboards
Additionally, users require the (moodle/my:configsyspages) capability to configure system templates for My Learning pages
