Before you can start using the mobile app you need to enable it by navigating to Quick-access menu > Plugins > Mobile > Mobile settings (/admin/settings.php?section=totaramobilesettings).

Enable mobile app | Site Administrators can enable the mobile app by ticking the checkbox. The default setting is No, meaning the mobile app is disabled. When this setting is turned on the web services are enabled for the Totara app or other apps requesting them. |
URL scheme | If you have created your own app based on Totara Mobile and have registered a custom URL scheme for it, enter the custom URL scheme here. Totara will use that URL instead of the default. |
